Best sports massage in Cranleigh! Lucy helped me prepare for a big cycling challenge and she really knows her stuff, in session one she helped with a shoulder problem that has ailed me for years. I can’t recommend her massage highly enough, especially to those like me that a picky and want only the best to put them back together after heavy training. I will be back again and again!

Lucy is a fantastic PT instructor each PT session is fun, interesting, motivational, and tailored to you specific needs. I first met Lucy four years ago when I required help with rehabilitation from a snapped achilles tendon. Since then I have not looked back; I am now half the size I was and I am in training for my first marathon.
